• By submitting salary data, you grant SalarySecrets a right to process, anonymize, and analyze it for benchmarking purposes.
• Salary data may be used to generate insights, averages, percentile charts, and other comparisons.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, reports, analytics, and visuals produced by SalarySecrets are protected under copyright laws.
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell any part of our content without written permission.

5. Disclaimers

• Salary insights are provided “as-is” and are for informational purposes only.
• We do not guarantee employment outcomes or financial accuracy.

6. Limitation of Liability

• SalarySecrets is not liable for decisions made based on benchmark data.
• Our liability is limited to the extent permitted under Singapore law.

7. Termination of Access

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in Singapore courts.
